Bro-Am Beach Fest
Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at our 2025 Bro-Am Beach Fest on June 21, 2025. By participating you are contributing towards the fundraising efforts of the Switchfoot Bro-Am Foundation and investing in a thriving future for kids in need!
Vendors at Beach Fest not only get exposure to 17,000+ event attendees but are also given the opportunity to join in and give back to the community, including a 10% donation from your onsite sales (if applicable). Submitting this application does not guarantee your participation in Beach Fest. We will reach out to those who we believe would be a great addition to the event.
Setup windows are specific and are set by the City of Encinitas. Typically, the setup window is 5am-8am and teardown window is 6pm-8pm so please ensure you will have a full team to help expedite your company's load-in/out.
Power and ice are not provided. Vendors are required to bring in their own.
In accordance with Municipal Codes, glass and styrofoam containers are not allowed. In addition, single-use plastic bottles, utensils, and bags are not allowed.
Vendors are required to obtain and provide Bro-Am Foundation proof of Comprehensive General Liability and include the Bro-Am Foundation as Additional Insured
Confirmed food vendors (including pre-packaged foods) are required to obtain a Temporary Facility Food Permit through the County of San Diego's Food and Housing Division. More info here: https://www.sandiegocounty.gov/content/sdc/deh/fhd/food/tempevents.html
